Who would do this

The idea for Seagull and Crow hatched in 2020 when I was quarantined in the house. I had created a t-shirt that had my artist logo on the back and on the front it said, “Welcome to Maine: OK Now Go Back To Massachusetts,” an idea inspired by a life on the Maine coast surrounded by out-of-state license plates. The shirt sold like toilet paper and my oldest daughter Lily and I spent many quarantined days in the basement packing and shipping hundreds of these shirts all across the country. For the first time in my career as a rapper, a shirt was reaching people who did not give one single shit about my music.

Four years later, we begin our journey as a fledgling company, leaving the nest with the best intentions and floppy undeveloped wings. The goal is to be a brand full of life that shows the fun, bad-ass side of our section of the map and skip over all the boring, regular old shit you can find in every tourist trap store in New England. Each product we list should be unafraid and unique, with sweatshirts and bumper stickers hopefully being only the beginning of our flight path as a baby-bird company. Join us as we flap boldly ahead with a freakish mix of a seagull’s shameless audacity and a crow’s loud communal pride. Off we go!
